One Southern Indiana Mentor Program

In June of 2014, One Southern Indiana (1si) launched the Mentoring Program, a unique opportunity that partners young professionals within 1si with seasoned business professionals in an informal setting. 19 mentees are currently benefitting from valuable academic and professional advice while having the opportunity to create a one-on-one relationship with a business leader. They also use this opportunity to consider how best to apply and advance their acquired skills in the pursuit of their professional and personal goals. In return, mentors are enhancing the professional community by serving as role models, coaches and advisors to our local talent. Each pair will meet regularly to identify goals and development measurable outcomes by December 2014.
